Policy Analyst

As part of a high-calibre team, this role's focus is on providing quality policy advice, analysis and evaluation that contributes to the development and implementation of the organisation's - and the government's - policies. This role is highly collaborative and will test both your quantitative and qualitative skills.

With your proven ability to bring Te ao Māori perspectives to your work, you will want to build on your experience to date delivering, implementing, analysing and evaluating policy. You will be exceptionally strong at quantitative data analysis, but also able to weave your qualitative analysis into sound recommendations. You will be a natural collaborator and have strong stakeholder engagement and exceptional communication skills.

Systems Design and Performance Analyst

As the key support person to the System Design and Transformation lead, this role's focus is the ongoing development, refinement and evaluation of the existing investment framework and the processes and systems that underpin it. With the organisation’s strategic objectives in mind, you will monitor, analyse and evaluate this framework, redesigning investment mechanisms and systems driving towards a position where continuous improvement becomes the norm.

You will be able to evidence your evaluation, system design and business process management skills through to implementation with a Te Ao Māori perspective. Your analytical, data, policy and project management skills will have been tested in a highly complex environment where you’ve been accountable to government, taxpayers, Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tangata whenua as a priority. You will be a natural collaborator and have strong stakeholder engagement and exceptional communication skills.
