Research objective: To inform the development of best practices to promote engagement and learning about justice and structural inequalities relating to health and research, and epistemic power in constructions of health and wellbeing, in academic medical programmes in Aotearoa New Zealand. Anticipated outputs:Recommendations for the development and dissemination of materials centering lived experiences and perspectives about addressing inequities, and conceptual resources to inform critical and reflexive consideration of the responsibilities of medical students and health care providers to address these, and ways of doing so.
