Lay summary
Aotearoa New Zealand has significant room for improvement in the way we plan and deliver eye care services. This project will address inequities in access to eye care by developing and trialling a new method of delivering mobile eye care services to marginalised population groups in New Zealand. This work will address the eye health needs of these population groups, gather evidence describing their unmet need for eye care, and develop guidelines that allow eye care providers to contribute to these services in the future.
