Issue date:

The HRC is seeking to notify researchers of an impending research opportunity.

The initial phase of the application process will be hosted by the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE). Interested applicants will be required to register an Expression of Interest via the MBIE application portal.

It is anticipated that interested parties will have demonstrated collaborations and linkages with China (People’s Republic of China)-based researchers and will be working in non-communicable diseases research.

Subsequent application and assessment processes will be facilitated by the HRC. Only registered applicants will be eligible to submit a subsequent full application.

It is anticipated that applicants interested in this opportunity will be able to register via the MBIE portal in the next few days.

At this stage the following information will be required:

  • Chinese organisations and researchers
  • area (within non-communicable diseases)
