University of Otago, Christchurch, Professor Tony Kettle recently talked to Radio NZ 's Sunday Morning programme about his team's latest HRC-funded research to tackle antibiotic resistance, focusing on white blood cells called neutrophils. Professor Kettle was awarded $4.83 million in funding in the HRC's 2015 funding round for his programme titled 'Neutrophil oxidants in infection and inflammation'.
