The 13 Performance-Based Research Fund (PBRF) peer review panels have developed draft panel-specific guidelines for the 2018 Quality Evaluation.
The Quality Evaluation is an assessment of the research performance of staff at participating tertiary education organisations by an expert peer-review panel. It is held periodically and is the major component of the PBRF.
The panel-specific guidelines provide advice on specific areas related to the subject areas of each of the 13 peer review panels, including biological sciences; health; Māori knowledge and development; medicine and public health; and Pacific research. They are designed to help staff members at tertiary education organisations with the process of developing and submitting Evidence Portfolios.
