Lay summary
Injuries to the brain from a stroke impair cognition and behaviour, typically with limited recovery. We have developed novel and effective therapies that improve functional recovery. This study aims to assess how dysfunctional brain regions are improved by controlling brain excitability levels to promote recovery post-stroke.
