Lay summary
The main aim of this application is to secure funding to achieve two things: 1. Hold a hui to share the outcomes from the above research with Kaumatua from Hauraki and the Manawatu as well as the National Kaumatua Service Providers Collective. The aim is to provide an opportunity for those who have not participated in the research project but who have identified a wish to be informed so taht they may benefit from the learnings also. 2. Develop a page on the organisation website designed to inform clinicians and organisations working in the Palliative Care area on the outcomes of the research. The page would hold not only the full report but also information sheets that would provide information on what it is Kaumatua, whanau and clinicians identified as important for them when engaged in the palliative care pathway.
