Report on LCT Trial Application
On October 21 2008, the Minister of Health gave conditional approval for the company Living Cell Technologies (LCT) to conduct a clinical trial involving the transplantation of pig cells into eight people with diabetes. GTAC has made public its April 2007 report to Medsafe on LCT's application to conduct the trial.
