This 17-page publication was first published in 2003 and was revised in February 2008. It provides an introduction to the key principles and features of the Health Research Council of New Zealand's Partnership Programme, using several different initiatives - the Environmental Health Joint Research Portfolio and the Primary Prevention of Cancer and Other Chronic Diseases Joint Venture - to illustrate the different models used.
