Current Sections: Pacific Health ResearchThe HRC actively seeks to form partnerships with other organisations wishing to promote and fund Pacific health research. This has been an excellent way of increasing funds for investment in Pacific health research.
An example of this partnership approach was the International Collaborative Reserch Grants Scheme which provided NZ$20M for collaborative research programmes with developing countries in the Pacific region. The partners were the Wellcome Trust, the National Health and Medical Research Council (Australia) and the HRC.
